Fun school projects

Not so sure they were actually THAT fun, but hey...I am trying to be Positive, so let's just pretend and say they were fun. Today was the 4th grade Mountain Man Rendezvous. Sounds fantastic, right? Yeah....unless you are the parent of a kid with OCD....then....notsomuch. Rachel wanted to do a treat bag and we had leftover Halloween candy, so I got out my Cricut and went to town cutting out little bags and gluing them together and filling them with candy. Yes...all me. What a fun thing for me to do for 2 whole days huh?! She had fun selling them so in the end it was all good. It's all about the experience I guess.

Today was also Jenny's 2nd grade Animal Report. She chose to do her report on Bengal Tigers. We had quite a lot of fun (actually) learning all about tigers and finding pictures for her to be able to show during her oral report. She did great....other than she didn't look up the entire time, but still....good job Jenny!!

baby Bridger

Mike's youngest sister Deanna just had her baby and we traveled down to their house when he was 4 days old so we could love all over him and visit with Deanna and her family. Bridger is so cute!! He was such a good baby and just let me hold him forever. And then big cousin Meghan stepped in and the real lovin' began! I was so proud of her. She held him for so long even though her arm got tired. Love love love these babies!!

Someone turned 3

Why oh why do kids have to have birthdays? I am okay with the buying of presents and the cake, it's just the "them getting older" part that I don't like. It just doesn't seem fair! My little baby is getting so big! She knows her colors, can count to 10, talks NON-stop, and is quite the little diva. When did THAT happen? So not fair!

best present ever....$9 Zhu Zhu pet.... who knew?

Already knows what this is used for...

blowing out the candle!!

Happy Birthday Sissy! We love you!

First Dentist Visit....ever!

Sidney turned 3 and got to have her 1st dentist visit....all in the same day! I know, I know...not ideal, but whatever. She was such a trooper. Not at all like some of my other kids who totally freaked out and wouldn't even let the hygienest touch their teeth. She was all about opening her mouth and letting them count her teeth. It was the cutest thing!
