Meghan chose NOT to do one of the projects listed as possible choices from her teacher. She went outside the box a little and thought up her own. She wanted to know which pop had the most carbonation. She designed a way to check it by using a pressure gauge. That didn't register the pressure low enough, so Mike borrowed this thingymagig from work (shhh, don't tell the government...) and they were able to record from that. It was quite ingenius! She did a great job! (so did we, cuz really...parents DO half the project!)

And then the next day, she called me from school while I was at the store. This is how the conversation went:
me: "hello?"
her: "MOM! nbahddgoahgjndgioahdgonghoahdgoddgh!!!"
me: "please say that again and slower and not yelling because I understood NONE of it".
her: "MOM, I got second place!!"
me: "AWESOME!! Now call Daddy. I gotta go, Sidney and Jonathan just ran and hid".
(oh the joys of taking kids with me to the store)
