My first car was a real winner. My sister bought it for $100 from a girl down the road who had bought it from it's previous owner for $300. After my sis drove it for a year or so, I bought it from her for $100 and drove it until I went to college (so like three years). It was a FIAT 121S or something like that. It had a key for the ignition, a key for the trunk, a key for the doors, and a key for the gas tank. Yah, way too many keys. It made a VERY loud rattly sound and neither the horn nor the radio worked. Probably the reason I sing so loud in the car to this very day. Because it was squarish shaped, it got the nickname of "the square pumpkin", and it had this awesome bumper sticker that my sis's boyfriend gave her to put on it that said "This car explodes on impact". (We never tested it to be sure)
Anyway, one day as I was driving with my humps (Amber and Deanne- we were quite the gang), Deanne, who was in the back seat started screaming that she could see the road. I was like, no duh Deanne, so can I. Then she says, NO! The inside of the car is apart from the metal part and I can see down by the tire to the ROAD! *picture Herbie* We got a good laugh about my-fall-apart car and from then on Deanne would never sit in the backseat again. Good times.
So, what was your first car?

Mine was a 1977 Ford Mustang. It was yellow, with black stripes. It was awful, but it got me where I needed to go!
Never really had a first car to claim, but my friend had a old mustang and the same thing you could see the road through the floor boards!! Awesome!
