Did you CRY when Nastia Liukin won the Gold medal last night? I DID! She did amazing and even though the judges were judging things funky, she still won and totally deserved it!
I must admit that I am kind of an Olympic junkie. I like to watch them and I really like the athletes. My favs are Michael Phelps. Really, he is an awesome swimmer and the fact that he keeps breaking records is just so cool. I like Alicia Sacramone (gymnast) because she is the only one that has boobs. That alone is amazing. The rest of those girls are like stunted or something. And Aaron Piersol's (swimmer) dimples are so cute! I love Laura Wilkerson (diver). I remember when she won her first Gold and how awesome that was! I could go on and on (believe me, I could)...let's face it...I LOVE the Olympics!

Okay... compared to you, I like the Olympics a lot :) I don't know many of the athletes names, but I do enjoy watching them at their best every night!
I'm right there with you! Track & Field is on right now, not too interesting for me. I'm waiting for the May-Treanor/Walsh duo to take to the sand and then I'll go to bed.
And not to be "snooty" but I believe it's Laura WilkeNson (not Wilkerson) - but I could be wrong. I always love watching the Olympics, too! The kids are all on board with it and have enjoyed watching Michael Phelps. On the first day of school, Mr. Fantastic was asked if he knew who Michael was by a teacher & I think Mr. F was the only one who did. :) That's my boy!
